This position is located in our Corporate Headquarters in Somerset NJ. Audiologists are our organizations service, technical and educational professionals. Their most important goal is to satisfy our customers.

 

LOCATION: Somerset, NJ (Not seeking remote applicants at this time)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Some of the duties in Technical Support include but are not limited to providing solutions, recommendations, technical instrument/software troubleshooting, support related to shell and production manufacturing, as well as training assistance. Establishing ongoing relationships with both our Customers and internal teams is a must. The candidate should be able to promote and sell various Oticon products and warranties, develop material, and participate in training customers and new staff members including teammates. The candidate may also attend conventions and seminars when needed.

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

  • The candidate must have an Audiology Degree equivalent to M.S./M.A/Au.D. or HIS equivalent
  • 1+ years of clinical/field experience in audiological evaluations and hearing aid dispensing is a must.
  • Experience with direct Customer contact and support is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, written, oral and interpersonal skills preferred.
  • An ability to multitask, work under pressure and communicate proficiently within the company and with customers is preferred.
  • Ideal candidate must have good working knowledge of computers and be able to work efficiently with general office and audiological software.
  • This position will report to the Technical Support Audiology Manager.
