The Manager of Learning and Development will partner with departments across Oticon, Inc. to create high-value training programs for our employees and customers (hearing care professionals). The successful person in this role will inspire employees to continuously learn, perform and grow professionally, Through best-in-class training and education for customers, the Manager of Learning and Development will also help position Oticon as a leader in the hearing healthcare industry.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Learning and Development, the Manager of Learning and Development will own all facets of the learning design process including but not limited to: needs analysis, design documentation, writing/editing of learning objectives and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) application, and stakeholder management. In addition to supervising a team of Education and Training Specialists, this individual will also personally complete several instructional design projects and produce training deliverables as described above.
In addition, the Manager of Learning and Development will build and drive learning analytics to help evaluate the effectiveness of the learning solutions. S/He will also develop and execute on a content maintenance strategy to ensure that learning materials are always accurate and updated.
