Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing elements of the Company Half Year B2B Marketing Communication Plan. This includes development of the main communication messages and positioning that serve as a framework and gateway for other Marketing Focus areas. Another primary responsibility is the ongoing development and maintenance of the customer value program. This includes B2B tools used in campaigns and website content. The B2B Communication Plan must include integrated campaigns to drive demand for Oticon products. They attract new customers, and move them through the pipeline, and retain existing customers through various channels. Will utilize data and analytics to measure all actions and determine ROI. The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Marketing Focus Areas (Product, Digital, Consumer, Creative) in developing and executing plans which are closely aligned to sales strategies and objectives.

This position is based out of our  headquarters in Somerset, NJ


  • Execute Half Year Communication Plan; including H1 and H2 Product Launches with positioning, unified messaging and prioritization
  • Collaborate with Marketing Focus Areas (Product, Digital, Consumer, Creative) to ensure all areas of Marketing are included in the overall Communication Strategy
  • Develop necessary B2B Marketing Tools required for US Launch and Communication
  • Promote the Oticon Value Program to ensure customers understand the value added benefits beyond product they receive when partnering with Oticon.
  • Develop new elements to include in the Value Program to ensure competitive advantages
  • Develop campaign success measurement criteria, with actionable data to drive business decisions and resource prioritization
  • Collaborate with Sales Organization to ensure actions support overall company business objectives and prioritization.
  • Manage projects that require cross functional collaboration for success, including Sales, Finance, BI, CRM, IT, etc.
  • Work with and manage relationship with B2B Ad Agencies and Marketing Vendors
  • Work with DK on B2B Research, Positioning, Prioritization and Communication
  • Provide ongoing collaboration, input and feedback from US Market for B2B Marketing and closely align with DK on H1 and H2 Launches, strategies, positioning and materials development


  • BA in in marketing or business required
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in hearing healthcare or medical device industries required
  • Experience developing successful B2B Marketing Plans, Campaigns and Programs
  • An established track record in managing successful marketing and content campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Success developing and managing customer loyalty and retention Programs
  • Ability to compile analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns, including comprehensive ROI measurement.
  • Practical experience with market analysis, research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis and data analytics to help determine how best to differentiate and monetize new products, solutions and programs
  • Excellent project management skills with strong orientation toward execution and implementation
  • Team player with cross functional project leadership skills
  • High performing, high energy self-starter with proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance-output teams in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Experience and success managing creative ad agency and outside vendor relationships including initial briefing, and project/budget management
  • History of budget management
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytic and persuasion skills and ability to present compellingly and convincingly internally to company Executives and externally
