The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise the posting of managed care and B2B payments, adjustments and corrections to customer accounts in accordance with current policies and procedures.


  • Responsible for supervising a team of four whose sole responsibility is to post all customer payments received
  • Ensure correct payment processing in a timely manner
  • Analyze payment posting to ensure accurate settlement and transfer of responsibility
  • Make sure all tasks received via the Service Desk are completed within company guidelines
  • Abide by HIPAA and Company guidelines at all times


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years payment posting experience in a Medical environment required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cash Application Supervisor in a Medical environment   required
  • Proficient with Windows, MS Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results driven
  • Works cooperatively in a team atmosphere
  • A working knowledge and recent experience with Insurance Carrier Explanation of Benefits
