    Our company has experienced explosive growth in the past several years and is uniquely positioned to become the market leader in the dynamic Hearing Healthcare Medical Device industry. The CRM Associate role will join Oticon Inc. at an exciting time as we transition our CRM platform to leverage our expansive global presence.


    You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager in a highly collaborative matrix organization, supporting a vast array of CRM activities in a growing and rapidly evolving organization. With 200+ CRM users, optimal CRM utilization stands as an important strategic pillar to achieve improved customer loyalty and increased sales. You will play a pivotal role in the continued strengthening of CRM as the main tool for our expansive sales force where the right person with a proven “self-starter” mentality quickly will thrive and succeed.


    • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence) to manage customer profile capture
    • Utilize CRM as a tool to drive customer loyalty and sales
    • Proactively identify CRM initiatives to support the customer experience
    • Be first point of contact for 200+ staff who utilize CRM
    • Lead CRM training effort, including identification of training needs, creation of CRM training materials and ultimately conducting staff training
    • Use CRM for ad-hoc customer targeting and segmentation
    • Gather, document & test proposed business scenarios to leverage feature set
    • Provide valuable input for high priority initiatives
    • As a CRM expert, take lead on system implementations/upgrades\Act as consultant to leverage enhanced CRM capability through improvement of current business processes
    • CRM area is very dynamic so be ready to assist with one-off tasks when needed


    • BA/BS degree required, preferably in Business
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required (CRM or Marketing)
    • Prior CRM knowledge required, Microsoft Dynamics would be a big plus
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen important
    • Presentation and training experience desired
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Relentless attention to detail and follow through
    • Motivated self-starter “Consultant” mindset
    • Ability to stay focused, efficient, and multitask under tight deadlines
    • Thrive in a constantly evolving, dynamic marketplace
    • Strong collaboration skills important due to matrix organization
    • “Change agent” business approach
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
