  • Overview

    The Project Manager’s responsibility is to coordinate project teams to ensure successful completion of William Demant Holding (WDH) projects. The Project Manager ensures that initiatives are well planned, that resources are efficiently used, that budgets, schedules and scope definitions are clear and adhered to, that project status is accurately and effectively communicated.

     

    The Project Manager will work in multi-brand / multi-channel fast paced entrepreneurial organization and will report to the Enterprise Project Management Organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties as needed
    • Evaluate scope and deliverables to implement the best fitting PM methodology in their projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Define scope and objectives of projects, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure business and technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation in close coordination with line managers
    • Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
    • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
    • Measure project performance adhering to agreed upon KPIs
    • Report and escalate to management / steering committee issues and changes as needed
    • Perform risk management assessments to minimize project risks and negative business impact

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
    • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary projects in matrix organizations
    • Understanding and/or hands-on experience within relevant business areas
    • Excellent interpersonal communication, stakeholder management, delegation and team motivation skills
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects interdepartmentally and simultaneously
    • Knowledge of SDLC / PLC required
    • Full Lifecycle ERP / CRM Implementation experience strongly preferred
    • Strong working knowledge of the Hearing Aid industry a plus
    • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
    • Knowledge of MS-Project or other relevant industry project management tool desirable
    • Dedication to continuous self and process improvements
