We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with key internal teams including Creative, Digital, Sales, Customer Service and Product Management. The candidate needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to support a multi-disciplinary team in the execution of Oticon customer’s consumer marketing programs, including direct marketing, advertising, digital marketing and the coordination and administration of customer tracking data and redemption requests.
Coordinate and execute consumer marketing initiatives for 400 key accounts.
Support the development and execution of Marketing Plans in close coordination with individual sales managers for targeted accounts.
Responsible for monitoring a ½ million dollar regional marketing budget.
Work cooperatively with the Marketing Department and Consumer Marketing Associates from the other regions to ensure consistent consumer campaigns across the country.
Liaise with external vendors and hearing care professionals to customize consumer marketing programs, which include both traditional print and digital marketing.
Participate in national marketing conferences, client meetings, regional sales meetings and training courses.
Communicate the progress of marketing campaigns to regions to help them manage their accounts and increase their knowledge level of consumer marketing.
Educate customers on Oticon’s Consumer Marketing traffic-building program called DRIVE which includes print, digital and event marketing initiatives.
Compile tracking data from all customer events, record in CRM and make recommendations for future marketing activities.
