    The E-Commerce Manager collaborates with internal departments to ensure the delivery of an effective online customer experience by managing the implementation of the strategic e-commerce plan for the Company’s E-Commerce business and MyBusiness account management website. This position will relaunch and manage an E-Commerce and online account management experience for the Company. The E-Commerce Manager will ensure the site is easy to navigate, keep up to date with web technology and introduce additional functionality to the website to keep the website competitive. The qualified candidate must be willing to be responsible and demonstrate the initiative for the entire operation and details pertaining to the E-Commerce and MyBusiness site from planning to execution.


    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variation in their work and being able to participate in various roles such as site planning, , web technology functionality, customer service and experience, and web analytics.


    • Manage implementation of the strategic e-commerce plan
    • Recommend marketing initiatives or site improvements that contribute to increasing traffic, conversion and sales.
    • Collaborate with members of the digital team to create tactics to drive traffic, usage, and sales to the website. Oversee the e-commerce and Oticon user experience to ensure a positive experience and cohesiveness between Oticon.com and MyOticon.com.
    • Manage and oversee new functionality developments
    • Identify and champion emerging best practices in site design, channel engagement and competitive efforts to ensure we maintain our competitive edge
    • Gather and analyze web metric information and make recommendations to further improve the customer experience and sales to adjust strategies and programs.
    • Recommend and manage the development of supplemental website content/sections.
    • Advocate best practices and new industry trends and opportunities for increased web sales and online branding.
    • Direct all internal and external testing (UAT & functional)
    • Work with internal teams to identify and implement commerce-related opportunities that will drive business, develop plan accordingly.
    • Analyze user path and user journey and optimize sites accordingly
    • Manage and leverage LiveChat to improve online customer experience and reduce customer service inbound calls
    • Report on performance


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 5-7 years in direct to consumer online marketing and web experience in either Retail/E-commerce space; Have proven experience running a growing, successful and profitable e-commerce site, selling B2C or B2B
    • Web experience should include a solid understanding of site navigation, and reporting tools.
    • Ability to work well across multiple departments and independently
    • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
    • Strong planning and organizational skills. Experience in project management a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong team player and leadership qualities with ability to interact at all levels of organization
