  • Overview


     The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting Oticon Medicals execution of marketing actions and assisting our Consumer Marketing & Events Manager. This includes coordination of marketing activities, advocate activities, events, and digital marketing.   Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams.


    • Assist in live and online marketing meeting/event logistics including but not limited to: search and booking venue, seating arrangements, menu selection, on-site materials and others activity’s tasks
    • Work and negotiate agreements with external vendors to execute marketing activities
    • Maintaining consistent communication with event vendors throughout the life cycle of each event
    • Assist with the inventory and purchasing of promotional materials for staff and customers
    • Marketing project coordination and perform administrative tasks as assigned
    • Respond to inbound inquiries via postal mail, email and phone
    • Working with internal teams to coincide with company/event marketing efforts
    • Maintain and update marketing section of company intranet with relevant content


    • Strict attention to detail; work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
    • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, corporate marketing, sales team and vendors.
    • Strong problem solving, organizational skills, interpersonal and project “ownership” skills
    • Desire and ability to communicate/interact with others and promote teamwork; enthusiastic and cooperative attitude
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability and willingness to travel 20% of time domestically and internationally




    • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Marketing
    • 1 to 2 years of Marketing and coordination of events experience a plus
    • Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint expertise
