The End User Support Specialist will provide front-line phone and email support to end users for Oticon hearing instruments, connectivity devices, appointment making and general support. This position will also assist the Client Systems Support staff as needed.

The Education & Training Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging, informative and timely training sessions that educate our customers in the West Region on Oticon products and technology.
The ideal candidate is someone with advanced skills in training delivery and large group presentations, and who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Must be a self-motivated professional who is internally collaborative and externally dynamic in representing the company.
This position reports to the Manager of Field Training, with a dotted line to the Regional Manager in the West Region (AZ and CA).

The Product Manager proactively manages a portfolio of products by analyzing customer behaviors, technology trends, sales behaviors, support issues, competitive analyses and product usage patterns to guide the organization in current and future product needs. Is responsible for all aspects of the product launch process and product life cycle, as well as assigned product training, marketing, day-to-day support, and planning needs.
