Product/Process Quality Engineer is dedicated to ensuring that Demant's products, processes, and services consistently surpass customer expectations. As a vital member of the quality team, Quality Engineer shall contribute to creating innovative solutions, identifying quality defects, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing effective solutions. This role often collaborates with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally. Additionally, close collaboration with the commercial team is maintained to address product quality complaints, conduct analysis, and continually enhance the overall customer experience.
Candidate will be required to work on site 5 days a week in Somerset, NJ.

The Production Technician is responsible for the production, servicing, and reconditioning of instruments by meeting department standards of Quality, Turn Around Time (TAT), and Production Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
This role can be hired at either level 1 or level 2 based on experience.

The Planner is responsible for verifying that the order entered by the data entry operators are entered correctly into our ERP system with the customers specifications. Once order has been verified by technician that all options are available for the custom order then the order is digitally sent to production facility for making of the product. The Planner will also be cross trained to be able to carry out other functions such as scanning of impressions and data entry.
Must be available to work 9AM-5:30PM on site in our Somerset, NJ office Monday-Friday.
