As a Web Developer at CQ Partners, you will be a leader in the structuring, maintaining, and facilitating of websites and web-based applications. You will join a team of web developers in producing and managing multiple projects, all aimed at improving the performance and efficiencies of clients’ digital brand and presence. You will also assist with internal projects to improve client experience within CQ Partners.
The UI/UX Designer produces and owns UI wireframes and application workflows, which are used by developers to implement the desired functionality in our web application. They will also create and test prototypes with colleagues and end users.
The UI/UX Designer works closely with many people to gather requirements, including developers, customers, and colleagues in sales/marketing and management.
The Client Systems Support Specialist will provide help desk support for Demant customers. Support Specialists also research and test 3rd party devices for compatibility with all Brands of products. Position is an onsite role in Somerset, NJ on Tuesday and Thursday.
The Client Systems Support Specialist will provide help desk support for Oticon and Oticon Medical customers on NOAH, Genie/Genie2, Genie Medical, compatible programming devices, and Bluetooth connectivity products. Support Specialists also research and test 3rd party devices for compatibility with Oticon products.
The Education & Training Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging, informative, and timely training sessions that educate our customers in the designated region on Oticon products and technology.
The ideal candidate is someone with advanced skills in training delivery and large group presentations, and who can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Must be a self-motivated professional who is internally collaborative and externally dynamic in representing the company.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Field Training, with a dotted line to the Regional Manager in the Southeast region.
A Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) degree in Audiology is required.
Extensive travel (approximately 80%) required. Southeast territory-South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Puerto Rico.
This is a part time (20 hours/wk) position
In this position you will be responsible for assuring quality and regulatory compliance including complaint handling for Oticon Medical LLC, as a US agent and initial importer of Class II Medical Devices. You will guide the business with respect to quality and regulatory affairs issues, complaint handling and initiatives to maximize the operational capacity of Oticon Medical's distribution of auditory implantable devices. Internationally, the position works cross-functionally with Logistics and Quality Assurance at Oticon Medical's suppliers to ensure that product labeling is consistent with FDA approvals. Locally, the position interfaces with purchasing, logistics and stock management to ensure quality compliance. You will also work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Legal to identify & interpret domestic US regulations such that promotion, labelling, and registration are compliant to US regulations.
Our dynamic team is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. Demonstrate the understanding of eligibility verification, insurance prior authorization, filing appeals. This candidate will respond timely to all customers’ request/complaints. Provide basic insurance information to our internal and external customers via email/phone. Review and distribute daily correspondence. Must be able to navigate and handle complex insurance situation in a timely manner, manages frequent interruptions and prioritizes work in a dynamic fast paced work environment. Candidate must be able to obtain and input corrected insurance/patient information as needed in the system and follows established policies and procedures to manage various insurance denial situations.
The Clinical Territory Manager will work in conjunction with the Regional Director to manage clinical needs and field sales activities to maintain and develop unit and dollar sales in their assigned territory. The CTM will also be responsible for training surgeons and ancillary medical personnel on all proprietary implantable devices, equipment, and surgical procedures in the operating room. This position requires fiscal budget responsibility, ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding work environment and working nights and weekends when required.
