An incoming mailroom clerk performs functions related to the opening, sorting and delivering of incoming orders and other misc. packages.
Hours are Monday: 6-2:30pm and Tues-Friday: 7-3:30pm

We are looking for a Marketing Account Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with key internal teams including Creative, Digital, Sales, Customer Service and Product Management. The candidate needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to support a multi-disciplinary team in the execution of Oticon customer’s consumer marketing programs, including direct marketing, advertising, digital marketing and the coordination and administration of customer tracking data and redemption requests.
This position will support Oticon's industry leading growth through the cultivation of relationships with key partners and other WDH Companies. The primary responsibility is to support the growth of hearing instrument revenue with assigned strategic partners through the Independent Sales Team. Through the delivery of best-in-class customer experience, the National Account Manager will serve as the advocate for partners to the internal sales organization, as well as externally to the partner on behalf of Oticon, in order to firmly secure our position as Manufacturer of choice.
The right candidate will develop front-end enhancements to our current Sitecore B2B/B2C website, as well as eCommerce portal. You will work in an Agile team setup where requests are refined and prioritized together with business stakeholders in a Sprint format, then developed and tested with proper documentation. You will be supported by an on-site and offshore web team with interaction and guidance from a team lead. You will also be encouraged to propose solutions that could optimize the existing solution.
The Senior Website Manager ensures the delivery of the website mission and drive the strategic approach to drive the site innovation and growth of the company website. This person is responsible for overseeing the website plan, execution of new features and functionality, and optimization of the website to ensure an effective online customer experience, The Senior Site Manager will collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders so that the site provides the necessary content and functionality. It is important this person can anticipate, identify, prevent and resolve issues. In addition, this individual will be up to date on best SEO practices to ensure organic traffic to the website is maintained and improved.

Responsible for all aspects of training and education provided to the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), and Indian Health Services (IHS) customers. These activities include, but are not limited to: developing, customizing and preparing products and sales excellence training; collaborating with other Oticon marketing, audiology, learning, product development and research staff; creating Continuing Education Unit (CEU) application; and presenting at local, regional, corporate and national seminars for the Government Services customers. Through best-in-class training and education for customers, the Manager of Government Services Training and Education will help position Oticon as a leader in the hearing healthcare industry for the Government Services sector.
